Propriedades métricas da Escala London Chest Activity Of Daily Living: Revisão Sistemática da Literatura

Abstract

Objetivo: Conhecer as propriedades métricas da escala London Chest Activity of Daily Living (LCADL) na pessoa com Doença Pulmonar Obstrutiva Crónica (DPOC). Métodos: Pesquisa nas bases de dados electrónicas EBSCO Host – CINAHL®, Nursing & Allied Health Collection e Cochrane Collection, MEDLINE®, Google Académico e B-On, sendo os critérios de inclusão: Pessoa com DPOC; Estudo de pelo menos uma das propriedades métricas da escala LCADL (reprodutibilidade, validade e responsividade). Resultados: unanimidade quanto à reprodutibilidade da escala LCADL, apresentando resultados de Alfa de Cronbach e Coeficiente de Correlação Intraclasse (CCI) elevados. A validade da escala foi estudada em múltiplas das suas dimensões, sendo que, em todas elas, mostrou ser válida. A LCADL demonstrou ser sensível à mudança, possuindo responsividade. Conclusão: Todas as propriedades métricas propostas no objetivo de estudo já foram verificadas. A LCADL é uma escala reprodutível, valida e com responsividade.

Objective: To learn the metric properties of the London Chest Activity of Daily Living (LCADL) scale, in people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). Methods: Research on electronic databases EBSCO Host - CINAHL®, Nursing & Allied Health Collection and Collection Cochrane, MEDLINE®, Google Scholar and B-On, with the following inclusion criteria: person with COPD; study of at least one of the metric properties of LCADL (reliability, validity and responsiveness). Results: Unanimity regarding reproducibility of LCADL, presenting results of Cronbach’s alpha and Intraclass Correlation Coefficient high. The validity of the scale was investigated in multiple of its dimensions, and proved to be valid in all of them. The LCADL shown to be sensitive to change, having responsiveness. Conclusion: All metrics properties proposed have already been verified. The LCADL scale is a reproducible, valid and responsiveness scale.
